I have a health insurance plan. How does it work to pay my medical bills?
It depends on whether the provider (doctor or clinic facility) has a signed agreement with your insurance carrier to be considered within or outside the network of providers affiliated with the insurance carrier.

What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept the following:

  • National Health Insurance (NHI)
  • BUPA International
  • Colonial BVI
  • Nagicare
  • Caribbean Insurers

Can I still see a doctor at your clinic if my insurance isn’t on your list of accepted plans?

Yes. At Eureka Medical Clinic, we see many patients from surrounding islands and other continents. The patient is required to pay in full and we provide the necessary paperwork for reimbursement.

How long does it take to get an appointment?
Our aim is to get patients seen as quickly as possible particularly with our general practitioners who are often the first-line in getting patients diagnosed and treated.

What are your hours?

  • 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays- Fridays
  • 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, Saturdays
  • We are closed on Sundays and on Public Holidays (link to public holidays)

Do you have after-hours coverage?
No.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?
Kindly contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to have you rescheduled.

Can I take my prescriptions anywhere to be filled?
Yes, anywhere on the island.

You can be referred to Bougainvillea Clinic Private Hospital, or Dr. D. Orlando Smith Hospital.
